Musk doesn’t own 50% of SpaceX. Wouldn’t it be nice for just about everyone if he was removed because of his mishandling of the Twitter acquisition? Clearly whoever leaked this to the WSJ thinks so.

Musk borrowed $1bn from SpaceX in the same month he bought Twitter. He drew it down immediately, then paid it all back a month later. For context, that was about 20% of the company’s free cash. This is not normal financial behaviour. Something weird is going on. If he needed the money that fast, where was it going to?
