Amazon is up to its old union-busting tricks in its vast BHX4 warehouse in Coventry, England. They are hiring huge numbers of extra staff in an attempt to dilute the GMB union membership below 50%. If union membership at BHX4 grows to more than 50 per cent, Amazon could be forced by the Central Arbitration Committeeto recognise the GMB.
These tactics are throwing the warehouse and working conditions into chaos.
