Android 15’s “Private Space” seems pretty good, considering the design constraints — not reinveinting the wheel (they’re presumably using a subset of existing user profile functionality for this) and not leaving it up to the apps to implement, so that it’ll actually be usable in the real world.

Maybe in three or four years in iOS. (Apple’s busy with other things *and* clearly has no idea what people want privacy for.)
