I know the world’s spinning faster than when I was young, but several percent of a country’s entire population using a brand new category of tool that didn’t exist two years ago sounds like rather a lot to me.

Attached: 1 image A survey by the Reuters Institute and Oxford of 12,000 people across 6 countries shows a huge gap between adoption and hype around generative AI tools. Just 1% using tools like ChatGPT on a daily basis in Japan, rising to 2% in France and the UK, and 7% in the USA.
