Correction: This modal only appears the first time someone sees a tweet with hidden replies. After that, it just displays the “hidden replies” icon.
@waxpancake That explainer is only shown when an accounts come across a tweet with hidden replies for the first time. Same with the blue bar. When coming across another Tweet with hidden replies, it’s only the small button on the right.
